4. The color of the two machines is different. The pad printing machine can make up to 12 sets of colors and print the products at one time, which is suitable for investment in general factories. The screen printing machine can also do multi-color overprinting, but the multi-color color registration made by the screen printing machine is very expensive and is not suitable for general factory investment.
5. The principle of screen printing machine and pad printing machine is different. The pad printing machine transfers the pattern engraved on the steel plate to the workpiece through the action of the rubber head, just like the stamp in our daily work. The screen printing machine penetrates the ink from the mesh of the screen through the pressure of the squeegee to form a pattern.
