In terms of inks:

1. Improper ink selection, the ink should be replaced;

2. The ink dries too fast, choose slow-drying ink;

3. Ink viscosity is too high, choose low viscosity ink.

4. Poor ink deployment;

5. Normally mixed ink is mixed into the ink skin.

    During printing, due to the expansion and softening of the solvent, the mesh openings that should pass through the ink are blocked, which acts as a plate film and prevents the ink from passing. In order to prevent this kind of trouble, the mixed ink (especially the old ink) should be filtered and re-used with a mesh before use. When re-using a used printing plate, the old ink attached to the plate frame must be completely removed. When storing the printing plate after printing, wash it thoroughly (including the squeegee). If you do as described above, the accident of inking wood will not happen.

    If the tip of the front end of the sharp board is damaged, a streak will appear along the movement direction of the scraper. Especially when printing transparent materials, there will be obvious uneven inking. Therefore, the front end of the sharp plate must be well protected from damage. If it is damaged, it must be carefully ground with a grinder.

    The unevenness of the printing table will also affect the inking uniformity. The convex ink layer is thin, and the concave ink layer is thick. This phenomenon is also called uneven inking. In addition, if dust adheres to the back surface of the substrate or the printing table, the above-mentioned failure may also occur. Another reason is that the screen printing plate of the screen printing machine is clogged, and the screen must be cleaned; the printing pressure of the screen printing machine is insufficient, and the printing pressure should be increased;
