When the squeegee runs on the screen, the screen can have sufficient elasticity. The distance between the screen and the print is too tight, so that the squeegee cannot pop up in time after printing, and when the print is completely printed, it is detached from the screen. 2.Screen printing ink
The printing ink used for screen printing generally has a shelf life of about one year. After pouring the ink on the screen plate, cover the ink cover to prevent foreign matter from entering the ink and causing the screen plate to rupture. Keep the unused ink sealed in a cool place.
3.Squeegee
There are two types of squeegee (squeegee) and sharp squeegee. When the printed part is flat or the printing surface is flat and hard, it is advisable to use squeegee squeegee, because the side of squeegee is more powerful in operation. The patterned lines are better, but when there are some bumps and shortcomings in the printing operation, the printed pattern is ideal, and the sharp-edged edge of the rubber scraper has a soft tip. During the printing operation, the scraping tip will print the ink on the screen. Sweeping, when the surface of the print has some defects, the pattern can be printed well. At the same time, if the pattern to be printed is darker or the ink is thicker, the length and shape of the squeegee must conform to the print Characteristics, and at the same time, it is necessary to adjust whether the pressure of the squeegee on the screen is appropriate.
