The Essentials of Screen Production

First of all, use 250-300 mesh cloth to complete the stretch mesh, because the mesh cloth for making the screen is mostly nylon mesh cloth, usually 300 mesh cloth, if the thickness of the ink layer needs to be increased in special patterns, use 250 mesh cloth.After the stretch mesh glue is completely dry, apply a layer of photosensitive glue with a certain thickness evenly on the surface of the mesh cloth, and then use air drying or other drying methods to completely dry the photosensitive glue. Then put the film and screen frame on the exposure table, adjust the printing position, cover the shading cloth, and turn on the exposure lamp for exposure. Finally, soak the exposed screen in water for 1 to 2 minutes, and use tap water to complete the plate development.

1.Screen printing production process

Open the heating and drying box to complete the preheating, and adjust the heating temperature to 40 ~ 50 ℃. Seal the non-patterned areas on the four sides of the screen frame with tape, and then install it on the machine, adjust the position and connect to the power supply. Turn on the vacuum pump and put the plastic wine bottle cap to be printed on the fixed mold, and adjust the position of the screen frame for precise positioning. First, print the first piece, after the product quality is qualified, adjust the automatic upper cover equipment and automatic lower cover equipment, When the heating and drying box reaches the set temperature, it can be mass-produced.

2.Essentials of Process Control

The screen printing production and processing of plastic wine bottle caps is different from that of printing materials such as aluminum plates and paper, because plastics are not heat-resistant and are easily deformed after being heated. Therefore, control the temperature strictly, the temperature of the drying box must be lower than the maximum temperature that the plastic parts can withstand, usually adjusted to 40 ~ 55 ℃. In addition, the production and processing of bottle caps have specific requirements for ink type, mesh cloth, printing efficiency, etc. In order to adapt to the change of motivation and the temperature of the production workshop in summer, the drying speed of the ink is adjusted by adding a quick-drying or slow-drying thinner. Occasionally, thinner is used to adjust the amount of ink to adapt to different production and processing speeds.
