The printing accuracy of the screen printing machine includes the following two aspects: one is that the printed graphic line has a small distortion, the line width accuracy is 0.05mm; the other is that the printing graphic orientation accuracy is high. When the graphic length is within 500mm, the orientation accuracy is 0.15mm.

1. Selection of screen-making materials and printing materials: including screen frame materials, screen material, mesh, color and printing properties.
2. Screen printing equipment and tooling: screen printing machine, locating tooling, etc.
3. The production process includes stretch mesh, screen plate making, printing process, etc.
4. Working environment conditions: The temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the work area, especially the cleanliness are important factors that affect the quality of products.
5. Workers are the most important factor affecting the quality of the project, and the operator must have a high sense of responsibility and high technical level.
