1. Adjust the platform and guide rails
The platform and rails should be parallel and the scraper moves along the rails. If the two are not parallel, the scraper will not always touch the platform with a certain pressure, and even a gap will occur. This adjustment has been adjusted before the machine leaves the factory.
2. Adjust the parallelism between the guide rail, the plate and the working platform.
If the three layers are not parallel, the screen printer can hardly work. Rails or platforms are often used as the basis for adjustments.
3, adjust the network distance
The screen version must be 2-5 mm away from the product. This is called the net distance. Obviously, the things printed on the screen are very clear.
4, screen printing plate and platform adjustment
The screen printing plate and the platform should be parallel, otherwise the grid table spacing is inconsistent, causing the blade printing pressure and the screen printing plate deformation to be inconsistent. Therefore, the flatness of the frame itself should be guaranteed, and the Jianyu network printing is generally proposed by the user according to the needs.
