1. Regularly add lubricating oil or grease, and regularly add lubricating oil or lubricating grease to each moving part of the machine according to the on-site environment and equipment usage. According to the above situation, it is recommended to establish and maintain files and records.
2. Establish detailed files and records for related vulnerable parts or vital parts according to the use of field equipment. For processed parts and wearing parts with a long procurement cycle, it is recommended to establish an independent spare parts warehouse.
3. Do not place wireless signals such as mobile phones and walkie-talkies too close to electronic components such as PLCs and amplifiers.
4. Regularly check whether the wiring port is loose, generally once a week, and tighten it once every six months. Please replace the bad contacts found in the inspection in time, otherwise it will lead to serious accidents such as signal instability, motor phase loss, and excessive temperature in the electric control panel.
5. Carry out cleaning and maintenance work after the power supply is disconnected. Carrying out the power-on operation may cause electric shock or pinching or bumping caused by misoperation.
6. Please read this manual first, and then operate it after confirming safety. Incorrect operation may result in machine damage and personal injury.
7. If there are changes or abnormalities that cannot be handled, please contact an electrical engineer
8. When an abnormality occurs, firstly check whether the screws and sockets of the terminals of the power supply voltage, programmable controller and input and output devices are loose, and whether there are other abnormalities.
9. When the product is scrapped, please dispose of it as industrial waste.
