The following are the possible causes of bubbles:
1. The surface of the product is not clean enough. The product should be cleaned and dried first.
2. If the speed of the labeling machine is not adjusted properly, it will also cause bubbles. Especially when labeling, the speed of the bottle body should be slightly faster than that of the label to avoid air bubbles.
3. Static electricity is also one of the reasons that affect. If there is static electricity, the label will not bend firmly, and it will easily cause bubbles when labeling. Therefore, static electricity should be eliminated as much as possible before use.
4. If the base paper is not selected properly, bubbles will also occur. It is recommended that manufacturers and users choose smooth base paper, such as PE base paper, so that the adhesive surface will be smooth, moist and even after labeling.
