4.Ink control and printing speed control
Problems with ink control and improper control of printing speed can cause uneven ink supply and quickly dry the mesh under the ink. The last cause of ink drying is the improper setting or wear of the doctor blade. When printing fine images, the ink plate on the edge of the doctor blade needs to be deformed or worn during normal use, and the sharpness of the surrounding image will be reduced accordingly. This situation indicates that the ink may not pass through the grid correctly. If this problem is not resolved in time, the ink will dry out and stick in the mesh.
Cleaning method: Rotate the doctor blade regularly to extend the life of the doctor blade edge, or replace the doctor blade with a new one before the printing quality of the pad printer has not decreased. In this way, the quality of the machine during printing can be improved .
