1. Materials such as glass and ceramics are sintered at a high temperature after printing, as long as the temperature is suitable for adhesion.


2. The adhesion of the ink itself is insufficient to cause the ink film to be fixed firmly.


3. If the printing material is polyethylene strand, the surface before printing must be flame treated, which can improve the adhesive performance of the ink during printing; if the printing material is a metal material, it must be degreased and dusted before printing. After printing, it is dried according to the ink used, and if the drying process is improper, the ink film is peeled off. Generally, the printing material is a textile that is subjected to silicon processing to make the material waterproof, so that the ink sticking is not easy to occur when printing.


4. Check the printing material before degreasing and pre-printing before printing. When grease, binder, dust, etc. are attached to the surface of the substrate, the ink and the substrate may be poorly bonded.


5. Dilution solvent is not used properly.
