The first type of failure phenomenon: the semi-automatic screen printer runs immediately without stepping on the foot switch.
Most of the causes of this failure are caused by damage to the foot switch or short circuit caused by water in the foot switch socket, and the other is the problem of manually starting the push button switch. The repair method is to replace the damaged switch with a new switch, socket, push button switch or disassembly.
The second type of failure phenomenon: When the semi-automatic screen printer is working, the pedal switch slides down and then rises after release.
This phenomenon is usually caused by damage or disconnection of the proximity switch on the left side of the cross slide. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or the connection switch.
A third type of malfunction: When the semi-automatic screen printer is operating, the foot slide switch is lowered and the print seat does not move after moving to the left.
The cause of this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the cross slide has not been detected or has a problem. The solution is to adjust the left proximity switch or replace the proximity switch of the proximity switch; and the microswitch in the foot switch does not move, which may cause this fault. The solution is to use the microswitch in the foot switch to adjust, repair or replace the new microswitch.
The fourth symptom: When the semi-automatic screen printer is working, the foot switch is depressed, the sliding seat moves to the left and then moves up but does not move to the right. This phenomenon occurs when a proximity switch or a proximity switch on the upper left side of the vertical slider is not sensed. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch to sense or better access the switch.
The fifth failure phenomenon: the semi-automatic screen printing machine slows down after the movement slowly rises. This type of failure is to control the solenoid valve to block foreign matter or solenoid valve failure. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve to clean or replace the solenoid valve.
The sixth fault phenomenon: manual, semi-automatic operation, the power indicator is on. The cause of this failure is that the low-voltage side fuse is blown, no air source is entered, and all solenoid valves are malfunctioning. The solution is to replace the low-side fuse and check that the pressure is 4-7kg / cm. The solenoid valve has all the faults and most of them are disconnected.
The seventh fault phenomenon: automatic, semi-self-start does not fall. This fault occurs when the proximity switch on the right side of the cross slide fails or is not detected, the selector switch fails, and the single-action switch interlock point is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch to detect or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the selector switch and the single action switch.
The eighth fault phenomenon: automatic start fault, such fault is that the micro switch of the upper and lower cylinders is normally closed, the contact can not be opened or the timer is damaged. The solution is to repair the micro switch or replace the timer.
The ninth failure phenomenon: the working surface does not inhale, and the cause of this failure is that the suction motor burns out.
The contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged, the suction motor rotates, but the suction solenoid valve is faulty, the suction selection switch is faulty, and the solution is repaired or replaced.
The tenth fault phenomenon: the working face does not inhale because the suction control solenoid valve is damaged or the internal stopper is damaged. The solution is to replace the repair.
The eleventh fault phenomenon: the vertical sliding seat has a slower rising speed because the vertical sliding bearing has no oil or the cylinder piston is worn, and the magnetic collision causes the shaft to bend. The solution is to replenish the oil, replace the piston code, and adjust the shaft center.
