1. The bonding surface between the screen frame and the screen must have a certain roughness to strengthen the adhesion between the screen and the screen.
2. The screen frame must have a certain strength. Because the wire mesh produces a certain tension and pressure on the mesh frame when the mesh is stretched. This requires that the pressure resistance of the screen frame cannot be deformed and the scale accuracy of the screen frame must be maintained.
3. The solidity of the frame. The screen frame is often in contact with water, solvents and affected by temperature changes during use, which requires the screen frame not to tilt to ensure the repeated use of the screen frame. This can reduce waste and reduce costs.
4. When using different standard screen frames in production, it should be determined according to the size of the printing scale. The appropriate screen frame can be less wasteful and easy to operate.
5. Under the condition of ensuring the strength, the screen frame should be selected as light as possible for easy operation and use.
