When the operation is paused, press the "empty line" key to let the oil scraping system continue to work to prevent the ink from drying out. During the pad printing process, appropriate amount of diluent should be added from time to time according to the ink drying speed to maintain the proper viscosity of the ink. After adding the diluent, stir immediately. If the pad is stained with dirt, wipe it off with a cleaning agent. The fixture should be prefabricated according to the shape of the printed part. After printing, clean the steel plate with cleaning agent and remove the oil roller for cleaning.
