At present, the labeling accuracy of most labeling machines is within ±1mm. Then we need to deal with the problem of uneven labeling and improve the labeling accuracy.
1. When the labeling is not complete, reduce the speed of labeling.
2. When the force of the overlay is adjusted improperly, it is necessary to adjust the force of the overlay;
3. When the starting position of the label is wrinkled, perhaps because the label is too soft. If the label has been bent when it is extended, try to get as close to the product as possible when raising the peeling plate;
4. If the front and rear of the label are not aligned, the inclination of the support rod should be adjusted.
