Nylon mesh with good elasticity should be used for curved or undulating surfaces. If you want to improve the working efficiency of the screen printing machine, it is necessary to determine the image resolution of the screen printing before printing. The resolution is related to the wire diameter and the number of meshes. If the wire diameter is thinner and the mesh number is higher, the resolution will be higher, or if the wire diameter is thicker and the mesh number is lower, the resolution will be lower. However, the mesh number should not be too high. If the mesh number is too high, it will cause insufficient ink output during screen printing, resulting in incomplete or damaged prints.
