Except for abnormal environmental humidity, all screen printing abnormalities can be solved through the following five aspects:
1. Screen parameters (screen mesh, screen tension, screen photosensitive adhesive thickness, screen stretch angle), screen parameters are mainly used to change the ink thickness.
2. Squeegee parameters are mainly used to adjust the printing effect of ink. The harder the squeegee, the sharper the printing edge effect. The farther the squeegee is, the thicker the printing film and the worse the printing edge effect.
3. Machine parameters are mainly used to adjust the printing effect of ink. To properly adjust the printing effect of the ink, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of defoaming agent, anti-cratering agent, etc.
4. Ink parameters. Ink viscosity adjustment generally add diluent directly to the adjusted ink. Too high ink viscosity will cause sticky screen, printing pinholes, edge gaps, etc. If the ink viscosity is too low, it will cause ink leakage and bad printing effect.
5. Cleaning parameters. In the pre-printing process, if the cleaning is not cleaned, it is easy to cause abnormal printing. The ink residue volatilized during the printing process will affect the cleanliness of the product, and it is easy to cause poor product adhesion.
