Label jams happen from time to time - it's just a part of the labeling process. When a label jam occurs, simply follow these steps to fix the problem:
1. Turn off the labeling machine and unplug it from the power source. This will prevent any accidental damage to the printer while you work on it.
2. Locate the jammed label. Carefully remove the label by gently pulling it in the direction it was feeding. Avoid using forceful jerking motions or using any tools to remove the label as this could cause damage to the machine.
3. Check the internal rollers to ensure there is no debris or dirt causing the label printer jam. Use a clean cloth or cotton swab to wipe away any buildup.
4. If the label continues to jam, check to see if the settings match the label sheet's size and layout. This can sometimes cause issues if not correctly set up.
5. After ensuring all debris is removed and the settings are configured correctly, plug the labeling machine back in and turn it on. Test to make sure it's working correctly.
