UV (ultraviolet light curing) ink refers to an ink which is polymerized into a polymer by using ultraviolet light of different wavelengths and energies under ultraviolet irradiation to form a film and dry the ink.
It seems that such high-tech products, in fact, UV inks have always had obvious problems in storage. Many producers and applicators have also broken their minds. So how should UV inks be stored?
1. Avoid direct light exposure during use, and do not store for longer than 30C, ventilate and protect from light.
2. Avoid adding excessive photoinitiators.
3. When the ink needs to be mixed, it must be tested first, and it can be mixed without any reaction.
