1. The size of the steel plate should match the size of the oil pan, the tool holder and the oil roller.
2. Pay attention to the choice of pad printing head: the hardness of pad printing glue can be divided into soft, medium and hard. The finer patterns are harder, and the printed parts are not suitable for soft rubber heads. In addition, the size and shape of the plastic head should be similar to the size of the pattern and the surface shape of the printed surface.
3. Use of ink: Different materials must be used for different printed parts, such as plastic, glass or metal. The ink should be stirred before it is injected into the oil pan. When the operation is paused, let the scraping system continue to work to prevent the ink from drying out.
4. During the printing process, the appropriate amount of thinner should be added according to the air drying speed to keep the proper viscosity of the ink. Immediately after the diluent is added, the printing paste should be wiped off with the cleaning agent if it is stained with dirt.
5. Pre-form the fixture according to the shape of the printed part.
6. After printing, clean the steel plate with a cleaning agent and remove the oil roller for cleaning.
