Description

The round labeling machine is designed for labeling cylindrical objects of various specifications, small tapered round bottles. It can realize full circumference/half circumference labeling, round circumference front and back labeling.

Products with circumferential and conical surfaces; single or double labeling can be applied. Such as mineral water bottles, xylitol, cosmetic round bottles, wine bottles, drug bottles, etc. Widely used in food, cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Features

1.After the label is placed, a braking mechanism is added to prevent the label from deviating or slipping to ensure the labeling accuracy;

2.The cylinder is equipped with a rubber-covered topping mechanism, which can be customized with different sizes of rubbers according to different products. The mechanism makes the product and label fit better without labeling bubbles.

3.Automatic induction can be added, there is no need to manually step on the foot switch to label the instructions.

4.The round labeling machine can pass the widest label size of 190mm, which is larger than the compatible size of equipment in the same industry.

5.Product diameter compatible range can be adjusted arbitrarily from 15mm to 120mm.

6.Single-label positioning stickers can be used for full or half circumference, and double-label positioning stickers can be used for front and back labels.
