Description
The fully automatic screen printing machine is designed for 2+colors printing of patterns and texts on all shapes (round, oval, square, etc.) of glass/plastic/metal containers. It can achieve multi-color printing by rotating one cycle of the machine.
Application
Bottles , cups, mugs of all shapes is suitable, the shapes that can be printed are as shown below.

1. Automatic feeding belt with servo robot feeding products to the fixture.
2. The fully automatic screen printing machine adopts rotary design, transmits smooth and fast.
3. Flame treatment and anti - dust system for better adhesion.
4. CCD vision registration system: once the camera captures the target image, the system auto adjust registration to very tight tolerances for the application of the next color.
5. All Yaskawa servo motors with industrial PLC control & touch screen operation system.
6. Each independent printing head corresponds to a UV/LED system.
7. Inflation at each printing station optional (for soft plastic bottle screen print).
8. The multi-axis robot automatically unloads the material without hurting the products.
9. Internet cable connection available for future maintenance and program upgrading.
10. Hot stamping optional. Chinese, English and local language optional.
