The CNC106 Multi color bottle printing machine is designed for multi color decoration of all shapes (round, oval, square, flat...) of glass/plastic bottles, cups, jars,tubes screen printing and hot stamping at high production speeds. This servo screen printer can print any shape of containers all around in 1 print. It offers high precision, fast setup and changeover, increased production speed, consistency, energy efficiency, and customization options!

1. Camera vision system (CCD) to check the mold line for cylindrical bottles print, to avoid printing on the line; for cylindrical products without registration point, repeat print to be double colors.

2. New shape program upgrading through internet.

3. Second color can be replaced with hot stamping head if the first color is UV/LED print.

4. Can be equipped with heating system for thermo plastic ink printing for glass bottles.

5. Simplified model: SS106 for cylindrical bottles only.

6. Big auto loader for plastic bottle printing.

Please send online enquiry via official website or email(info@apm-print.com), our sales will reply offers to you. After reaching an agreement, we will sign a contract and buyer fullfil payment obigation, then APM start the order production.

4. How the machine is packaged?

We use plywood case to pack the machine.

5. How about the warranty?

One year warranty and lifelong technical supports. If needed technicians can go overseas to make training.
